Participants will master forecasting production whether the dentist is in or away from the office and assess monthly goals including scheduling appropriate time units for procedures and enhance how to best utilize your dental assisting staff for patient care. The dentist and the entire dental team should attend this program to receive the bottom-line benefits of scheduling a highly productive less stressful day.

Temporary Excellence

This hands-on course is designed to instruct the dental assistant in the fabrication of provisionals for crown and bridge restorations. Participants will master the criteria needed for proficient temporaries and review materials that are available on the market from the perspective of the dental assistant. Each participant will have the opportunity to practice fabricating both a single posterior crown and an anterior bridge from a choice of materials and learn how to achieve both foolproof margins and tight contacts. A certificate of completion is awarded each participant.

Meeting Planner Note: Participants are required to bring protective eyewear, explorer, cotton pliers, dappen dish, small mixing spatula, and crown & bridge scissors to this course. Lab coats are suggested. This course is limited to 40 participants and should not have a scheduled break.
